CITROTEC^® COMPLETES THE CHALLENGING ASSEMBLY OF ANOTHER DISTILLERY COUPLING WITH A VINASSE CONCENTRATION EVAPORATOR ECOVINJL^®

This month Citrotec^® completed with success the lifting of one more Distillery coupling with a Concentration Evaporator EcovinJL^® for the alcohol, sugar, and power area.

The Distillery and EcovinJL^® for second Generation alcohol and the vinasse digestate were fully projected, manufactured and assembled by Citrotec^® in partner with Etech. “This modern project will bring to the area a big progress and will show to the entire world the power of the Brazilian industries.”, says the technical President of Citrotec^®, Paulo Sampaio.

The Distillery of Fuel Hydrated Ethanol has the distillation capacity of 400.000 liter/day attending de quality Standard ANP. The EcovinJL^® for vinasse digestate concentration with 5 effects will work together the Distillery.

It is noteworthy that in addition to all its specificity the Project that will produce a world revolutionary product, your assembly was revolutionary to. “The difficult access to the lifting area, because there were not access roads available for the trucks arrival with the equipment, allowed us to create a project only to the equipment lift. A larger winch hoisted a smaller winch to the assembly area so we could unload and assemble the Project equipment. A challenging obstacle that Citrotec^® took to heart”, says Sampaio.
