EVAPORATOR ASSEMBLY IN MEXICO

Citrotec^® is very proud to have gained a foothold overseas and to have its name known in many languages around the world, and once again Citrotec^® has made its mark abroad.

In March, we completed the assembly of an Evaporator in Mexico, a country where the company has a great presence around the world. The company has a branch in Mexico, Citrotec^® Mex, located in the city of Monterrey in the state of Nuevo Leon. The opening of the branch arose from the need for greater management of services in the country. Citrotec^® has been working in Mexico for many years and there has been an increase in services that led to the opening of Citrotec^® Mex, which since its opening, has gained more space in the Mexican food sector.

The assembled Evaporator was 100% designed and manufactured by Citrotec^® and exported to Mexico. The equipment was installed in the city of Tecoman and will start its activities in May of this year. The ENET^® Evaporator has an evaporation capacity of 45,000 kg/h, with 7 effects and 7 stages. It has optional equipment such as an evaporative condenser and aroma recovery to remove d-limonene, a high-value-added product.
