As the case of Waste^® Evaporator, that is an equipment responsible by the liquor concentration and peel wash water of the citrus fruits. It has been produced through these compounds seen as disposable in citrus industries, high value-added products such as Pectin Base and D-limonene. Besides being able to transform by-products into high value products with great application, Waste also allows the recirculation of condensate in production with low water consumption.

Waste is assembly in stainless steel, which provides clear as CIP (Clean in place) without replace or disassembly necessary.
