Citrotec^® has done one more successful Project: Fermentation Dorne

The equipment has capacity of 1.400 m^³ of height and 11.000 mm of diameter.

Citrotec^® has just innovated once again! The company finished the fabrication and the assembly of a Fermentation Dorne with capacity of 1.400 m^³ of height and 11.000 of diameter.

The equipment will be used in the wine fermentation process, and it was delivered in the Araras, São Paulo state, on the endo f March. The technology will be done to start your activities in April.
