HYDRATED ETHANOL DISTILLATION DEVICE COUPLED TO ECOVINJL® IS DELIVERED TO BARRA BONITA (SP)
Equipment has a capacity of 500 m³/day.
In March, Citrotec® began the delivery of important equipment for the ethanol, sugar and energy sector in the city of Barra Bonita, in the interior of the State of São Paulo.
Delivery will last throughout the month and startup should take place in June. Citrotec® will take care of the entire installation and start-up of the hydrated ethanol distillation apparatus with a capacity of 500 m³/day coupled to the EcovinJL® vinasse concentrator evaporator.
EcovinJL®
EcovinJL® was developed by Citrotec® in partnership with distillery scientist Jaime Lacerda, an icon in the sugar-energy sector.
A powerful vinasse concentration evaporator, the technology is a concentration system that, using the principle of descending turbulent mist and coupled to the distillation columns, allows the production of alcohol with the vinasse already concentrated, without additional steam consumption.

• Easy and automated operation;
• 100% stainless steel;
• Use of autonomous evaporative condensers (optional), which eliminate an external source of water and cooling towers;
• Possibility of adaptation in existing distilleries;

• Concentration through alcoholic vapors generated in the distillery (without steam consumption);
• Use of water removed from vinasse in industrial and agricultural processes;
• Increase in potassium content (K2O/m³);
• Reduction in transport and storage costs.
