Innovator: Citrotec^® has delivered a Premium Pulp Pasteurizer

The equipment has processing capacity of 9.000 kg/h of fresh juice to get 765 kg/h of pasteurized pulp. The product has already done to bottling.

Citrotec^® has delivered an important equipment developed to the food sector and of great importance to the technological growth of the sector: The Premium Pulp Pasteurizer.

The special Pulp concept, also call of premium Pulp, consists of the citrus product market that acquires Pulp to formulation of your final product. The premium Pulp are obtained through of first juice separation, which differs from pulps taken from the by-product of juice extraction.

The turn-key Project was developed by Citrotec^® team, as the fabrication, assembly, and start-up at the city of Santa Cruz do Rio Pardo (SP).

The Premium Pulp Pasteurizer has processing capacity of 9.000 kg/h of fresh juice to obtain 765 kg/h pf pasteurized Pulp, with low retention time and high temperature. The product left the process cooling and ready to be bottling.

The system uses in the process utilities like water steam, cooling solution, pump seal water, electric power, compressed air, soda, and CIP condensed.

The Citrotec^® supply scope to this equipment has with the Pasteurizer, Final cooling, hidrocyclones, decanter tank- responsible by the biggest removal of defects, lung tank to the pasteurizer feeding, pasteurizer Pulp tank, juice tank, deaerator tank, two paddle finisher, centrifugal pumps, positive pumps, complete instrumentation, and control panel.
