SIPAT 2023 PROMOTES LECTURES ON SECURITY AND HEALTH

From November 6 to 10, Citrotec® held the Internal Accident Prevention Week (Sipat) with various lectures on respiratory protection, ergonomics, hearing protection and drugs and alcohol.

Also, the event includes a theatrical presentation, with the theme “assédio”, and a special afternoon coffee.

“A Sipat is a very important event within the company, in which we focus on orientation and reflection on the safety and health of each employee,” says administrative manager of Citrotec® Letícia Biruel Sampaio, one of the organizers.

Every day, the open event with a delicious afternoon coffee, especially for Sipat week. The first discussion was on the importance of respiratory protection. Next, the issue was ergonomics, an activity quite practiced and widespread within the company. Monthly, the Quinzenial Safety Dialogue (DQS), carried out by Citrotec®, promotes labor dynamics with all collaborators.

“Ergonomics aims to develop, in a comfortable and productive way, the connection between the human being and the work. By adapting working conditions to professional characteristics, we avoid ergonomic risks, providing more health, comfort, safety and well-being,” says Human Resources Manager, Claudineia Noli.

The third lesson was about hearing protection. On the fourth day of the event, the theme was “drugs and alcohol”. To finish Sipat 2023, the company has a theatrical presentation about non-work.

“It is essential to motivate our officials not to have theoretical and practical knowledge of what actions are necessary to comply with safety standards and regulations. "Assim, we conquer an environment that is increasingly safer and more pleasant," highlights Noli.
